Standing ovations, sold out performances, audiences cheering and even crying is what happens when Krista Blondin steps onstage to impersonate Janis Joplin in concert. This theatrical performance let’s audiences experience the sound, voice, mannerisms, clothing and open-hearted messages Janis brought to her live performances. Within months of launching the show at the 2003 Port Credit Southside Shuffle, Krista was slated as a headliner for The Canadian National Exhibition’s Midway Stage and Niagara Falls Blues in The Park Concert Series. Krista is available to perform with her own band or as an addition to another act showcasing celebrity impersonators.
