
Bas is a Guaduate of Qigong Grandmaster Weizhao Wu’s Hunyuan Gong and a senior instructor fo Wu & Yeung Qigong Wellness Institute.
In this workshop you will learn HEALTH AND FITNESS QIGONG. Through daily practice, Qigong will enhance the function of the immune, digestive, excretory, respiratory and central nervous systems. The movements can be mastered easily and can be practised sitting, standing, or lying down. You will also learn Facial and Dental Qigong which helps to delay aging, ease wrinkles, improve skin texture and dental health.
